1. Awesome are police officers, and everything they do for our protection.
2. Awesome was starting a new Weight Watcher’s week on the right track – with tonnes of water, healthy foods, little sugar and almost no salt (sugar and salt have both been my weaknesses lately).
3. Awesome was the way yoga felt after a 40 minute intense cardio workout. Over the past little while, I’d been doing just 20 to 30 minutes of intense cardio with 45 to 60 minutes of power yoga, but lately I’m feeling the desire to up the cardio again. Yoga hadn’t felt that amazing in a long time.
